Description
For a few years I've been working on a collaborative world called Aldara (over on RuntimeDNA). It's a community of people working together to build a world using communal storytelling and 3D rendering.
It goes through phases of activity and inactivity, and could really do with a new injection of vitality from from fresh minds...but on the whole it's fun and something I like to keep in touch with every couple of weeks/months.
This map was generated using Photoshop to create a vague map, the 3D software Bryce to turn it into "proper" terrain, the reimported back into photoshop to play with the result.
If anyone's interested, I"ll try to create a tutorial for the process I used.
